No, our course is designed for beginners. We'll guide you through every step of the process, from planning to execution. You'll learn everything you need to know to successfully launch your first virtual event.

The course is designed to be completed in 15 workdays, with a manageable workload each day (less than an hour). You are also invited to participate in a weekly group coaching session.

However, you can go at your own pace. The most important thing is that you fully understand each step before moving on.

I'm here to support you. I host a Group Coaching session on Fridays at 2:00pm ET / 11:00am PT. During these sessions, I answer your questions, help you troubleshoot any issues, and demonstrate the platform for you.

Additionally, you will have access to a private Facebook group, where you can get help from me as well as other participants in the virtual challenge.

To host your first virtual event, you will need the following software tools:

• Virtual Event Platform: To host your virtual event, you will need to purchase a monthly subscription to the Remo platform. I offer students an exclusive discount on Remo. You'll can purchase an introductory plan for just $75 per month for the first three months. (See next question for details.)
  
  
• Email Database: You need an email service provider (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, AWeber, etc.) or a CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  
  
• Zapier: You will use Zapier to integrate Remo and your ESP or CRM. Zapier currently offers a free plan to get you started.

Don't worry, I will provide you a complete list of links to these tools, as well as some optional hardware and software tools for you to consider.

Remo is the virtual event platform that we will use to host your Social Workshop on. I have used Remo for years, hosting dozens of virtual events for high profile clients like the National Association of Broadcasters and Podcast Movement.

I do not make any commission or receive any financial benefit from Remo.

However, I have worked out a special deal with Remo that will allow you to try the platform on an starter plan. This plan will give you the opportunity to try the platform and see if you like it.

The plan includes:

• 50 attendees per event
• 75-minute events
• 6 content banners
• Zapier integration

This plan normally costs $150 per month, but when you join the virtual event challenge, you will get to try it out for 3 months at 50% off (just $75 per month for the first 3 months).
