How to Maximize Your Radio Rendezvous Sponsorship

We’re excited to have you on board as a sponsor of Radio Rendezvous! Your support is helping radio broadcasters connect across the country—without the travel and hotel hassle. These virtual events are all about making meaningful connections, and as a sponsor, you’re in the perfect spot to engage directly with the decision-makers you want to reach.

To help you get the most out of your sponsorship, here are a few tips:

1. Know Your Call to Action (CTA) and Create a Landing Page

Before the event, decide on a specific goal. Do you want attendees to book a demo, download a case study, or join your newsletter? Once you’ve nailed down your CTA, build a simple landing page for it. Share the link with us, and we’ll connect your logo on the event floor plan to your page.

2. Perfect Your Elevator Pitch

You’ll be chatting with a lot of people during the event, so a strong, concise elevator pitch is essential. Aim for a two-minute pitch that clearly conveys what your company offers. Close with a call to action—whether it’s booking a demo or downloading a case study—and encourage people to click your company's logo to take that action. You can also follow up on conversations by sending a direct message with a link to your landing page.

3. Bring Two Team Members

A “divide-and-conquer” approach works well at these virtual events. Have one team member circulate, reaching out to attendees, while another stays at a virtual table branded with your company’s name, ready for people to drop by.

4. Identify Key People in Advance

The day before the event, we’ll send you a list of registered attendees. Review it and make a note of anyone you’d like to connect with. During the event, use Remo’s search feature to find these individuals and start a conversation.

At the end of the day, your success at Radio Rendezvous will come from meaningful connections. We’re giving you the platform—now it’s your chance to build those relationships!
