Payments are processed through Kajabi and any connected payment processors.
By making a purchase, you authorize the full amount shown at checkout.
Prices may change at any time.
If an offer includes installment billing or recurring billing, you authorize those scheduled charges until the agreed term ends or the subscription is canceled according to the terms of that offer.
5. Product-Specific Refund Terms
Refund terms vary by offer.
Community Launch Academy
The Community Launch Academy includes a 60-Day Participation Guarantee.
To qualify for a refund:
- you must attend at least 7 of the first 8 orientation coaching calls
- you must submit your refund request within 14 days after the final orientation call in that initial period
Refund requests that do not meet those conditions are not eligible.
Community Roadmap Challenge
Unless otherwise stated at registration, purchases for the Community Roadmap Challenge are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Community Readiness Scorecard
Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Consulting Services
Consulting services are governed by the specific written agreement or proposal associated with that engagement.
Other Digital Products or Events
Any refund terms stated on the checkout or registration page govern that purchase.
6. Subscription Programs
Some offers may include recurring billing.
Unless otherwise stated:
- subscriptions renew automatically
- you may cancel future renewals before the next billing date
- cancellation does not create retroactive refunds
Access continues through the paid billing period.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including implementation, market conditions, and audience response.
8. Community Participation Rules
If you participate in coaching calls, online groups, events, or discussions, you agree to engage respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove participants for:
- disruptive behavior
- harassment
- abusive conduct
- repeated disregard for group norms
Removal may occur without refund if behavior negatively affects others.
9. Consulting Services
Consulting relationships may include separate written agreements.
Where a separate agreement exists, that agreement controls.
